In 1909,  Pieter and Maria D'Amico immigrated from Barrea, Italy seeking a better life bringing with them the tradition of sauce making. Through the generations,  the recipe was passed down, modified, and is now lovingly shared.  It is our hope that at each meal it is served, there is joy and laughter reminding us to always be thankful for all the blessings God provides.
